The use of statistical methods in court cases and law review articles has grown massively in importance in the last few decades. Law, Society and Criminology UNSW School of Law, Society and Criminology aims to provide our students with research-driven knowledge and practical skills grounded in justice, interdisciplinarity collaboration and critical thinking. However, in a presidential system, the government is usually formed by an executive and his or her appointed cabinet officials (e.g. the United States or Brazil).
